Pastor Russ joined WCC in January of 2014 as the senior pastor. Prior to that, he was an associate pastor in New Jersey for nine years. He was also a church planter in Los Angeles for 2 years. Russ graduated from The Master's Seminary with an MDiv in 2003, and Moody BIble Institute with a BA in 1996.
